All prices are ranges (−30% to +30%) per piece, net of 19% VAT. The actual price depends on brand and model and is only fixed after we have seen the exact furniture pieces. Only the written quote is binding.

Process
How an order works
You send the item list, address and preferred dates.
You receive a written quote with prices per piece, net.
We assemble in the agreed window, solo or as a team.
Invoice by bank transfer, payment term 14 days.

Frequently asked questions
Is the price binding?
No. The prices on this page are ranges (−30% to +30%) and depend on brand and model. They are fixed after we have seen the exact furniture pieces. Only the written quote is binding.
Do you charge hourly or day rates?
No. We price per piece. For special items we quote a price per piece on request.
Are you insured?
No. We do not carry business liability insurance. Please check your own insurance before ordering. Our liability is governed by our terms and by law.
Do you dispose of packaging?
Yes, but only for business customers. Packaging removal must be requested additionally and is quoted separately. We do not currently offer it to private customers.
Is there a framework agreement?
Yes, for recurring orders: prices fixed for 12 months, plus 5% off.
Important: no liability insurance
Montage & Fix does not carry business liability insurance. Damage to furniture, rooms, buildings or third parties is therefore not covered by any insurance of ours. Please check before ordering whether your own building, contents or liability insurance covers the work. By placing an order you confirm that you have read this notice. Our liability is governed by our terms (§ 8) and by law.
