Montage und Fix Berlin assembles room furnishings in series: a sample room first, then all the others at the same price per piece. Priced per piece, net. Packaging removal is available to business customers on request and is quoted separately.

All rooms must be ready by opening day. Assembly follows delivery, floor by floor.
Renovation
Rooms are renewed in stages without closing the whole house: one assembly window per section.
Serviced apartments
Many identically furnished units on one or several sites, with one item list for all.
Preparation
What to settle before the visit
- One item list per room type: furniture, brand, model, quantity.
- A sample room is assembled first and accepted by you.
- The delivery is labelled by floor and room and stays unopened.
- Lift, delivery access and an interim storage area are clarified.
- Packaging removal is requested additionally where needed.
Price ranges
Price per piece, net
All prices are ranges (−30% to +30%) per piece, net of 19% VAT. The actual price depends on brand and model and is only fixed after we have seen the exact furniture pieces. Only the written quote is binding.

You send the item list, address and preferred dates.
You receive a written quote with prices per piece, net.
We assemble in the agreed window, solo or as a team.
Invoice by bank transfer, payment term 14 days.

Frequently asked questions
Why a sample room first?
That is where it becomes clear how much effort the brand and model really take. After that the price per piece is set for all remaining rooms, and you accept a result before the series starts.
Do you assemble beds?
Beds, bedside tables and wardrobes are not in the table. We price them per piece on request once we know the brand and model.
Do you dispose of the packaging?
For business customers on request. Removal must be requested additionally and is quoted separately.
Is the price binding?
No. The prices on this page are ranges (−30% to +30%) and depend on brand and model. They are fixed after we have seen the exact furniture pieces. Only the written quote is binding.
Are you insured?
No. We do not carry business liability insurance. Please check your own insurance before ordering. Our liability is governed by our terms and by law.
