Montage und Fix Berlin assembles for property managers and landlords: furniture for new lets, common rooms and the management's own office. Priced per piece, net, on invoice. For recurring orders there is a framework agreement with fixed prices per piece and one fixed contact.

Furnishing happens between move-out and move-in: have furniture delivered, assembled, accepted, keys handed over.
Common rooms
Laundry room, bike room, lounge: shelving, tables and cabinets for rooms residents share.
Management office
The management's own office grows or moves. The same per-piece pricing applies as for any office.
Preparation
What to settle before the visit
- Key handover and access to the flat or room are arranged, for example via the caretaker or tenant.
- The furniture has been delivered and stands unopened in the flat or room.
- The condition of walls and floors is recorded in the handover protocol before work starts.
- A contact person at the management can be reached by phone.
- Recurring orders: a framework agreement with fixed prices per piece instead of one quote per flat.
Price ranges
Price per piece, net
All prices are ranges (−30% to +30%) per piece, net of 19% VAT. The actual price depends on brand and model and is only fixed after we have seen the exact furniture pieces. Only the written quote is binding.

You send the item list, address and preferred dates.
You receive a written quote with prices per piece, net.
We assemble in the agreed window, solo or as a team.

Frequently asked questions
What about furniture that is not in the table?
Beds, wardrobes, kitchen units and other furniture are also priced per piece on request. The price is fixed after we have seen the exact furniture pieces.
How does the framework agreement work?
For recurring orders the prices per piece stay fixed for twelve months, plus an additional discount.
How is payment made?
By invoice and bank transfer, with a 14-day payment term. All amounts are net plus VAT.
Is the price binding?
No. The prices on this page are ranges (−30% to +30%) and depend on brand and model. They are fixed after we have seen the exact furniture pieces. Only the written quote is binding.
Are you insured?
No. We do not carry business liability insurance. Please check your own insurance before ordering. Our liability is governed by our terms and by law.
