Montage und Fix Berlin assembles desks, chairs, pedestals and meeting tables for coworking and flex-office operators. Priced per piece, net: many identical items on one site lower the price per piece, and the total is in the written quote before the visit.

A floor is furnished for the first time: workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen and lounge, planned zone by zone in one go.
Expansion
Another floor or part of a floor is added, and the furniture has to match what is already there.
Refit while open
Furniture is swapped while members work. Assembly runs zone by zone, and the time windows are agreed in the quote.
Preparation
What to settle before the visit
- Item list per zone: quantity, brand and model of every piece.
- The furniture has been delivered and stays unopened in its boxes so that fittings are not mixed up.
- Lift, access and loading zone are clarified, and for truck deliveries possibly a no-parking zone.
- A contact person is reachable on site and knows the order of the zones.
- For work while the space is open: house rules and times agreed with the property management.

Price per piece, net
All prices are ranges (−30% to +30%) per piece, net of 19% VAT. The actual price depends on brand and model and is only fixed after we have seen the exact furniture pieces. Only the written quote is binding.

Per piece, net. Piece prices carry a volume discount, and travel is waived from the order value stated in the table. The final price is fixed after we have seen the exact furniture pieces.
Can furniture be swapped while the space is open?
Yes, zone by zone. Which time windows are possible is settled in the quote with you and your property management. The house rules remain the building's matter.
Do you assemble across several locations?
Yes. Travel is charged once per site and day. For recurring orders there is a framework agreement with prices fixed for twelve months.
